I love people. I love to serve, coach, connect and teach.

But there are times that I overbook and things collide on the calendar in too fast a sequence.

That is what just happened for me~

I co-facilitated a 3 day Intensive with my colleague client and friend, Stephanie Ellis Ecke. It was for 4 women as we combined her counseling skills and my coaching expertise to help them break free from limiting beliefs.

Then I hosted the Million Dollar Movement Masterclass teaching how I have earned a million dollars in 10 years from a small roster of movement driven women. The results have been staggering as I have watched the women re-launch and get their FIRE back for their unique movement focused business.

Then I got on a plane to head to the National Association of Christian Women Entrepreneurs National Conference in Arizona. I was in a room with 100 passionate women, many that I already know, since I was the Founder of this association back in 2010.

I loved each of these things, but I was just WIPED OUT when I got home. So I rested. A lot.

Yesterday I planned a VIP DAY FOR ME where I was able to plan, dream, create. That felt so good!

Do you ever overcommit? Many of us do. I am GUILTY. Because of our desire to SERVE.

But I know that my ENERGY and TIME is my most precious asset.
