Yes to going on the trip, yes to going to that class, yes to walking in that door.

I said YES a few years ago to a 3 day Deep Dive Coaching event in London. I paid the money, booked the plane ticket, felt queasy and giddy at the same time... and I did it. January 2024. I was in a room with 13 people who changed my life, called out my dreams and helped me to see my own capacity.

What I didn't know is that my Dad would pass away suddenly a week after I got home.

But my Dad loved that I was going on this trip. He loved travel. He loved meeting new people. He loved learning. He actually donated his frequent flyer miles for me to go on this trip. And yes, I still miss him.

I still say YES. All the time.
