I am not the angry type. Even in situations that normal folks would be pissed off, I am Miss Positivity.

But today I got triggered.

It's the little things that become big things.

I felt "forgotten". I showed up to a 20 minute connection call and she wasn't there.

I waited. Then I "hung up" the zoom. She apologized later so we are OK.

Feelings are part of business. The highs and the lows.

The behind the scenes learnings.
